Picture of Robin PetoAs Vice President for Illuminas, Robin is responsible for managing the design and implementation of custom research solutions, as well as driving the operational success and growth of Illuminas’ team of researchers. She is involved in all phases of the research process, from research design through to implementation and analysis. She is an experienced moderator for qualitative research methodologies and has an extensive history of conducting and interpreting results from advanced quantitative techniques such as MaxDiff, Van Westendorp, segmentation, market sizing and regression analysis.

Prior to joining Illuminas in 2005, Robin worked as an Account Executive at Millward Brown IntelliQuest, where she specialized in conducting research on behalf of the high tech industry. Since entering the research field in 1999, Robin has managed countless studies focused on new product concept evaluations; product optimization and cannibalization; market opportunity assessment and target market profiling; customer satisfaction, attitudes and usage; name and message testing; custom panel building and management; as well as advertising and brand awareness and effectiveness. Her experience spans consumer and business markets both domestically and internationally.

Robin earned a B.A. in political science and sociology from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
